- This requires the purchase of delivery prior to the installation date to allow the proper amount of time for acclimation.
- If you have any questions regarding the specific acclimation period of your product, please feel free to reach out to us.
Day of Your Installation
- Installers will arrive during the 2-hour window provided at time of scheduling.

- Once completed, our installers will clean any debris from your new flooring as well as sweep/vacuum the area.
- At this time our installers will walk you through the completed project to ensure you are fully satisfied.
- You will be asked to sign a Certificate of Completion and will be asked if you would like to keep any remaining products.
